TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All water activities are subject to weather conditions.
2. Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, we will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of the ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subjt to change.
3. Cancellation charges as per company policy , we are not responsible for any loss due to cancellation of flight or ferry or anything due to bad weather or anything .
4. The above rates are subject to change in case of travel during the peak season – 10th March 2022 – 15th June 2022.
5. In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
6. Ferry / Cruise Operations are purely subjected to Govt. Clearance.
7. Union Territory “Andaman & Nicobar Islands” is under the restricted area category. Please carry valid
photo Identity proof issued by Govt. of India (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, and Passport)
8. All the hotels at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island have early check out 0900hrs. Guests having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.
9. Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and availability of ferry and the same will be updated to you on a daily basis.
Cancellation Policy (Kindly Read Carefully)
1. You may postpone your trip for future dates, Cost & deduction may differ accordingly.
2. Before 30 days of arrival – Initial deposit amount 70-80% refund.
3. Between 20 – 30 days of arrival – 40%-50% Initial deposit amount refund.
4. Less than 20 days of arrival – No refund
5. There will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour.
6. In case of any cancellation, due to bad weather or any technical reasons we may have no liability for any loss that may suffer.
7. All above refund percentage totally depends on what refund we gets from Hotel and Cruise etc.
Point to be noted while Travelling to Andaman
1. In Andaman mobile networks are BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE and no other networks are supported.
2. All foreign nationals and Indians staying abroad holding passport of different countries (PIO/OCI) needs
to register themselves on arrival on Port Blair Airport (Emigration) which should have valid India visa or
obtain RAP – Restricted Area Permit, which is valid for 30 days of stay in Andaman.
3. Our executive will hold the placard outside the airport exit gate.
Covid-19 Guidelines:
1. All asymptomatic passengers who have been vaccinated with both doses of COVID 19 Vaccine and 15 days have been lapse since the administration of second dose of the vaccine and are in possession of the final vaccination certificate issued through the COWIN portal are exempted from mandatory requirement of carrying negative RTPCR Report to travel to Port Blair from Mainland. And also such passengers will be excepted from undergoing additional RT PCR test on Arrival at Port Blair Airport. Such passengers shall also have to produce the ID card / Documents
2. It is mandatory to carry an Covid RT-PCR negative report sampled within 48 hrs of travel date,
3. Upon testing negative, you are free to travel within South Andaman (Port Blair- havelock- Neil island) and in case tested positive, Standard Isolation process to be followed.
4. Kindly carry few copies of your Covid Report and Photo ID for convenience

9. Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest boards the vehicle. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, they will be assisted to visit the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.

After breakfast – hotel pickup – drop at rajiv gandhi water sports complex – boat journey to ross island (the erstwhile capital of port blair during the british regime the island presently houses the ruins of old Buildings like chief commissioner house, government house, church, bakery, press, swimming pool, Cemetery, etc. And all in dilapidated condition) – boat journey to north bay islands (water activities like Jet ski, dolphin glass boat ride, coral safari submarine, sea walk, scuba diving, parasailing & etc are Available at north bay) – return from north bay island to water sports complex – jetty pickup – hotel drop
