Disclaimer:

• Hotel check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs.
• At the time of check-in at some hotels, you will be asked to keep an amount as deposit; this amount will be refunded to you by hotel at the time of check-out provided you have cleared all the room’ dues. (If any). Seven Sands Tourism will not be involved in this transaction
• Guests are expected to be on-time for the tours and transfers according to the information from the guide/tour manager. The maximum time the driver can wait will be 10 mins.
• Any services not utilized on time will not be refunded nor adjusted. No Show due to delays by clients will be treated as a No Show and no refund is applicable.
• Timing in the Itinerary subjected to changes. If there is any such change, it will be informed to you by our operations office well in advance.
• Any Changes to be made for the tour schedule have to be informed at least 24 hrs prior to the service on the Emergency Contact number for Tours.
• In case the luggage capacity exceeds the permissible count, additional charges would be applied.

 Terms and Conditions
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Seven Sands Tourism.

Payments:
For all the services contracted, an advance payment should be made to hold the booking on tentative basis & balance payment should be settled before the commencement of the tour. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of the services & time left for the commencement of the tour.
GST is added as per government rules in the final price before the final payment.

Note:
Written Cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday. Any Cancellation sent on Sunday will be considered on next working day (Monday).
In Case if you cancel the trip after confirmation or before commencement of the tour then the cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel reservations policy.
No refund will be provided after the commencement of the tour & it will be treated as “No Show”

Liabilities & Limitations:

• Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ Service Cost, if there are any changes / Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges the same would be charged as extra. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well-being.
• Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements well in advance before the commencement of the tour. All baggage & personal property at all times are at the client’s risk.
• The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions.

Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

Tour Policy:

• All services will be as per those specified / confirmed and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail any service which is not included in the Holiday package or get yourself upgraded, then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly. Please note that, porterage, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, paid toilets etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.
• All international holiday packages are priced on an estimated Rate of Exchange (ROE). The passenger will be charged the ROE as per the date of payment of the holiday package.
• Any change in airline fare, visa fees and taxes could result in change of the final holiday package cost.
• Single passenger or passengers travelling in uneven number in a group are required to take a single room. In this case, the passenger needs to pay an additional cost. In case of fixed departures, if Seven Sands Tourism is unable to find a companion for the passenger in uneven numbers, additional single room supplement may be applicable.
• Under no circumstances shall Seven Sands Tourism re-conduct a tour. No refund will be provided for the unutilized services.
• Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in supplement cost.
• The holiday package cost might fluctuate during peak dates, due to festivals or holidays or other high occupancy dates.
• In case of holiday packages where a minimum number of passengers have been indicated by the passenger, any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may result in change of the total holiday package cost.
