Any incidental and other expenses which are not specified in the inclusions. Notes (Kindly Read Carefully)
1. Ferry for Havelock Island will be M.V. Makruzz / M.V. Green Ocean / M.V. SeaLink subject to availability and operation.
2. Check in and out time varies from hotel to hotel and it is between 07:30 hours to 12:00 hours. Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel terms.
3. Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
4. All trips are subject to weather condition and operation of ferries and boat.
5. If required you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
6. Tickets for infants (0-2) travelling on the parent’s lap or in a bassinet are discounted from the full adult fare, Children of 2 years or above are considered Unaccompanied Minors and pay the full adult fare.
7. Only 01 Extra Bed / Mattress per room.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All water activities are subject to weather conditions.
2. Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, we will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of the ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subjt to change.
3. Cancellation charges as per company policy, we are not responsible for any loss due to cancellation of flight or ferry or anything due to bad weather or anything .
4. In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
5. Ferry / Cruise Operations are purely subjected to Govt. Clearance.
6. Union Territory “Andaman & Nicobar Islands” is under the restricted area category. Please carry valid photo Identity proof issued by Govt. of India (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, and Passport)
7. All the hotels at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island have early check out 0900hrs. Guests having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.
8. Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and availability of ferry and the same will be updated to you on a daily basis.
Cancellation Policy (Kindly Read Carefully)
1. You may postpone your trip for future dates, Cost & deduction may differ accordingly.
2. Before 30 days of arrival – Initial deposit amount on tour 70-80% refund.
3. Between 20 – 30 days of arrival – 40%-50% Initial deposit amount refund.
4. Less than 15 days of arrival – No refund
5. There will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour.
6. In case of any cancellation, due to bad weather or any technical reasons we may have no liability for any loss that may suffer.
7. All above refund percentage totally depends on what refund we gets from Hotel and Cruise etc.
Airport pick-up – transfer to hotel / resort – after breakfast / lunch – hotel pickup – Visit national memorial – cellular jail, carbyn’s cove beach – sound and light show at cellular jail
After breakfast – hotel pickup – drop at Rajiv Gandhi water sports complex – boat journey to ross island (the erstwhile capital of port blair during the British regime the island presently houses the ruins of old Buildings like chief commissioner house, government house, church, bakery, press, swimming pool, Cemetery, etc. And all in dilapidated condition) – boat journey to north bay islands (water activities like Jet ski, dolphin glass boat ride, coral safari submarine, sea walk, scuba diving, parasailing & etc are Available at north bay) – return from north bay island to water sports complex – jetty pickup – hotel drop
Hotel pickup – transfer to jetty – cruise from port blair to havelock – jetty pickup and hotel drop
After breakfast –Cherya tapu beach / Wondoor Beach
Airport drop – After breakfast depart with fond memories of these mesmerizing islands.
